Can I switch from Support to Support PLUS later?

Absolutely. Most clients start with Academy HSEQ Support and move up to PLUS as their team or site count grows. We'll pro-rata the uplift so there's no awkward renewal admin.

Who actually delivers the support?

Our in-house team of CMIOSH, TechIOSH, IEMA and CPCS-certified consultants. You'll have a named lead contact and access to the wider team for specialist areas (lifting ops, environmental, training, etc.).

What's included in the complimentary site safety audit?

An on-site visit from one of our consultants, a written audit report with RAG-rated findings, and a follow-up call to walk through the recommendations. Available once per year on the PLUS package, subject to travel distance.

Are course credits transferable between team members?

Yes — your complimentary online courses sit with your company account, so you can allocate them to whoever needs them at the time. They're valid for the duration of your package term.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Packages run on an annual basis. We'll have a review conversation before each renewal to make sure the package still fits your business — and flag anything we think could work better.
